  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

Instructions :

  • Place cashews in the bowl of a food processor; pulse into a fine powder. Add nutritional yeast, cumin, and garlic powder. Blend, pouring water into the feed tube while the processor is running, until smooth and creamy. Remove 1/2 the cheese from the food processor. Add sriracha sauce to the food processor; pulse until well combined.
