"I had this wonderful raspberry martini in the Garden District of New Orleans and knew I had to get the recipe from the 5-star restaurant. Turns out, my new favorite is simple to make!"

Ingredients :

• ice cubes
• 2 fluid ounces vodka
• 2 fluid ounces fresh pineapple juice
• 1/2 fluid ounce raspberry-flavored liqueur (such as Chambord®)
• 1 slice fresh pineapple
• 1 (3 inch) lemon peel

Instructions :

Prep : 10M	Cook : 1M	Ready in : 10M

• Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Pour in vodka, pineapple juice, and raspberry-flavored liqueur. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted.
• Strain cocktail into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pineapple slice and lemon peel.
